Noël à la Maison du Danemark (Christmas at the Danish House) is back from 4 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 at 142 avenue des Champs-Élysées, in the 8th arrondissement. For a month, Denmark's cultural house in Paris turns into a Danish Christmas for adults and kids.
This year the H.C. Andersen Hus, the storyteller's museum in Odense, sets up an interactive trail on the second floor about his life and tales, with quizzes, costumes and craft workshops. The organisers also announce LEGO workshops and a treasure hunt with VisitDenmark, with a trip to Denmark to win.
The pop-up shop sells Danish objects, A.C. Perch's teas, tables set by Georg Jensen and Fredericia, and Pandora. In the garden you get a forest of decorated fir trees and a Flora Danica café pouring gløgg (Danish mulled wine) with æbleskiver, small round Advent pancakes.
To open the season, the house announces the return of the Tivoli Gardens guard bands on the Champs-Élysées.
Announced hours: daily 11am–7pm, to be confirmed; the workshop schedule comes later. The 2026 price is not out yet, but entry was free in 2025. Take the Metro to George V (line 1) or Charles de Gaulle–Étoile (lines 1, 2, 6, RER A).
