One night, one service. On Friday 23 October, L'Espadon, the fine-dining restaurant of the Ritz Paris, blows out three candles, and Eugénie Béziat invites Anne-Sophie Pic into her kitchen.
Eight courses designed together, not just set side by side. On one side, the spices, herbs and plants of Béziat, who grew up between Côte d'Ivoire and France. On the other, Pic's “Imprégnation”: textures, aromatic pairings, plants at the centre.
The menu costs €333 without drinks, €633 with the wine pairing and €983 with the exceptional selection.
