Salon du BON 2026 runs from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 November 2026 at the Grande Halle de la Villette, the iron-and-glass hall in the 19th arrondissement. It is a food fair started by BON magazine and the chef Thierry Marx, and you mostly come to taste.

The organiser announces 170 exhibitors (144 were listed on its site on 11 October): producers, craftspeople and brands, from food and drinks to tableware. Around thirty chefs are announced on the open kitchen stage. Their names are not out yet. Last year's programme had 40 sessions over three days: one-hour cooking shows, talks, 30-minute workshops and guided tastings.

In the middle of the stands sits the Bouillon du BON, a pop-up restaurant in the style of a Paris bouillon (a big, cheap, old-school canteen). Menu by chef Cyril Aloyol, with country terrine and eggs mayonnaise, three sittings a day. You walk in with your fair ticket and pay for the meal there: €23 or €28 for a set menu.

A one-day pass is €8, two days €14, three days €20, and children under 12 get in free with an adult. Book online: tickets at the door are only sold if there is room left.

Open Friday and Saturday 9.30am–7pm, Sunday 9.30am–6pm. Metro Porte de Pantin (line 5) or tram 3b, entrance at 211 avenue Jean Jaurès.
