The Centquatre turns into a crèmerie (cheese and dairy shop) from 13 to 15 November. The 52 French AOP dairy products, the ones with a protected designation of origin, take over the arts centre's great hall for three days: 47 cheeses, 3 butters and 2 creams.

There's a big producers' market, free tastings, and workshops where you learn to build a cheese board and to pair a butter or a cream. Chefs Jorick Dorignac, Pierre Reure, Philippine Jaillet and Charles Neyers come by for demos.

This 4th edition has two patrons, cheesemonger Virginie Boularouah and chef Clotaire Poirier. Live concerts and DJ sets close out the evenings.

Entry is free, with no booking: Friday 5–9pm, Saturday 11am–9pm, Sunday 11am–7pm. Get off at Riquet or Crimée (Metro line 7) or RER E Rosa Parks. Workshops are booked on site, so sign up when you arrive.
