Créations & savoir-faire, the Paris craft fair, turns 30

Créations & savoir-faire, the Paris fair for crafts and DIY, runs from Wednesday 18 to Sunday 22 November 2026 in Pavilion 6 of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, in the 15th arrondissement. This is the 30th-anniversary edition: the fair has been running since 1996.

The organiser lists more than 355 exhibitors, grouped by theme: thread and needle (embroidery, sewing, knitting, crochet, tufting), paper and fine arts (watercolour, origami, scrapbooking, ceramics), DIY and home decor, creative cooking, and a family area. You come to stock up on wool, fabric and paper, and to learn a technique.

According to the organiser, the programme includes more than 400 workshops, free demos on four stages and speed knitting, the contest that crowns the French knitting champion. Workshops are booked on top of the entry ticket.

A day ticket costs €15 online or €18.50 at the door. On Thursday 19 November the late opening runs 5pm–9pm for €11. The fair suggests Wednesday or Sunday if you want fewer people.

Open 9:30am–6:30pm, until 9pm on Thursday and 6pm on Sunday. Metro Porte de Versailles (line 12) or Balard (line 8), trams T2 and T3a. Cloakroom at the entrance, restaurants and picnic areas inside.
